About Our Services

Bespoke Undertakings, LLC provides post-cremation guidance and coordination. We help with permanent placement decisions, memorial planning, and coordination with cemeteries and veteran services.

We are NOT a funeral home, NOT a crematory, and NOT a licensed funeral establishment. We do not handle human remains, perform cremations, or provide funeral directing services that require a funeral establishment license.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bespokeundertakings.com or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of this website and do not engage our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Service Fees and Payment

Our services are provided for fees as outlined in our proposals and service agreements. Payment terms, including deposits, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods, will be specified in your individual service agreement.

Refunds & Cancellations

Services: Our services are personalized and begin immediately upon engagement. Once a planning session has been conducted or coordination work has begun, fees are non-refundable. If you cancel before any work has been performed, we will issue a full refund.

Merchandise: All merchandise sales are final. Items are ordered specifically for each client and cannot be returned. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement.

Upgrade Provision: Custom Guidance clients may apply their fee toward a higher service tier within 30 days of their planning session.

SMS and Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS communications from Bespoke Undertakings.

This includes appointment reminders, service updates, and project notifications. Message frequency varies based on your service needs. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Your Rights: Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

Call Recording

We record and transcribe incoming and outgoing phone calls for quality assurance, training, and record-keeping purposes. Incoming calls include an automated disclosure notifying you of the recording. By continuing the call after hearing this disclosure, or by continuing an outgoing call after being informed of recording, you consent to the recording and transcription.

If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform us at the beginning of the call and we will make alternative arrangements.

• Step 2: Written Notice: If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you may send a written notice describing your claim to our business address. We will respond within 30 days.
• Step 3: Mediation: Before initiating litigation, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation administered by a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Denton County, Texas.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in court for matters involving intellectual property or confidential information.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability
