Bespoke Undertakings is a post-cremation consultancy that helps families with permanent placement decisions, memorial planning, and coordination with cemeteries and veteran services.
When you opt in to receive SMS messages from us, you may receive:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Service updates and project notifications
- Scheduling coordination and follow-up messages
- Responses to your inquiries
We use text messaging to provide convenient, timely communication during what is often a difficult period for families. Our messages are transactional and service-related, not promotional or marketing in nature.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your individual service needs and the stage of your project. Most clients receive between 2-10 messages during their engagement with us. We do not send recurring marketing messages or promotional campaigns.

Standard message and data rates may apply. These rates are determined by your mobile carrier and are not charged by Bespoke Undertakings. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
How to Opt Out
To stop receiving text messages from us at any time, simply reply STOP to any message.
You may also use any of the following words to opt out: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will send you a single confirmation message and will not send you any further text messages unless you opt in again.
We honor all opt-out requests promptly. Under federal regulations, we will process your opt-out request within 10 business days, though in most cases it will be immediate.

Privacy and Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously. Your phone number and SMS consent information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is designed to work with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their subsidiaries. However, message delivery is subject to your carrier's network conditions and policies.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Messaging Hours
We respect your time and will only send messages during reasonable hours. In compliance with federal and Texas state regulations, we will not send marketing or promotional messages:
- Before 9:00 AM or after 9:00 PM in your local time zone (Monday through Saturday)
- Before 12:00 PM (noon) on Sundays
Transactional messages (such as appointment confirmations or urgent service updates) may be sent outside these hours when necessary and appropriate.

- CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices: Industry standards for commercial messaging

We register as required by U.S. carriers for A2P messaging through The Campaign Registry (TCR).
Changes to This Policy
We may update this SMS Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

Texas Residents
Texas Senate Bill 140, effective September 1, 2025, expanded the state's telephone solicitation regulations to include text messages. Our SMS program is designed to comply with these requirements, including obtaining proper consent before sending messages and honoring all opt-out requests immediately.
